The user was confused when he selected priority delivery and the amount did not reflect in the order summary and couldn’t understand when would the product be delivered when asked for priority delivery

This project required me to delve into the spare parts of professional cleaning products, their wear-and-tear frequency, and the customer purchase journey from the consumer’s perspective. Due to limited access to target users, I conducted usability testing with only three participants. Having access to more users would have allowed me to perform additional tests and gain deeper insights to strengthen the findings.
